Built for the lifts a crew can't make.

Some loads are past what any crew should carry, even with six sets of hands on the slab. A full granite island. An oversized impact window. A stone panel set on a wall 13 feet up, where no crew can lift it at all. The Smartlift handles up to 1,320 pounds with one operator on a remote, raises it to nearly 14 feet, and sets it down exactly where it belongs.

01

Say yes to the job.

The oversized picks that used to mean turning down work, renting a crane, or begging favors from another crew. With the Smartlift on site, they're a Tuesday. One operator, one remote, set and done.

02

Protect the material.

One dropped corner on a $4,000 pane or a $1,500 slab wipes out a month of labor savings and blows the install date. Vacuum cups and a dual-circuit safety system hold what hands can't.

03

Protect your people.

Nobody prices a strained back into a bid, and nobody wants the call that a heavy carry went wrong. The unit does the lifting. Your crew does the craft. Everyone drives home.

One unit. One job. Done right.

We rent one piece of equipment. The Smartlift SL609 HLE RT, the 600 kg-class outdoor unit rated to 1,320 lb. It's battery-electric, built for jobsite wheels, and runs on a remote with tilt and rotate. It handles full-size stone slabs, commercial glass, and oversized panels. We chose to start with one well-maintained unit instead of a half-fleet we couldn't keep clean and current.

Smartlift in the field.

We're new — we don't have our own customer wall yet. Until we do, here's what real Smartlift users have publicly said about the equipment we rent.

"It allows us to be more efficient and safer in the way we install glass — one operator instead of four guys on a panel."

"Real Iron Bay customer stories will live here as our rental work in Florida builds. We're sourcing additional verified public Smartlift case studies to add to this section — we won't fabricate quotes."

The yard is in Tampa. The reach is the whole state. The rates are listed here, in writing, before you ever call.

Our yard is in Tampa Bay. We deliver anywhere in Florida — north to Jacksonville, south to Miami, east coast, west coast, and the panhandle out to Panama City and Pensacola.

Delivery is a per-direction fee based on which of six freight zones your zip falls into, measured from Tampa. Most jobs need both a drop-off and a pickup, so total transport is typically 2× the listed zone, and pickup is waived on rentals longer than 2 months. We quote your exact zip every time.

Questions, answered plainly.

How much does it cost to rent a Smartlift in Florida?

Day rate is $625, week $1,625, month $5,200. Insurance adds a flat 15% of the rental subtotal as a separate line. Delivery is a per-direction fee, $150 to $520 across six freight zones from our Tampa yard, charged for each direction. Pickup is waived on rentals longer than 2 months. We quote your exact zip on every estimate.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in Florida. Delivery is priced across six freight zones by road distance from our Tampa yard, from Zone 1 (Tampa Bay, $150 per direction) out to Zone 6 (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, the panhandle, $520 per direction).

Can I pick the unit up myself?

No — we handle every drop-off and pickup. Smartlifts are expensive, specialized equipment, and our insurance covers them in transit. We'd rather carry that risk than ask a customer to.

Are operators included?

No — but they don't need to be. Our delivery driver walks your crew through the controls on drop-off, and the unit is intuitive to run. If you can drive a pallet jack, you can run a Smartlift. If you'd rather have one of ours operate it, ask and we'll quote.

How do I pay?

Credit card or wire / ACH.
